Miles Hayward-Ryan has been an independent adviser associated with Diversified since it's incorporation in 1994. Prior to that he had similar experience in another investment advisory company operating in Auckland for several years. During previous years he had been involved in the superannuation industry as a legal adviser.

Miles obtained a law degree in 1972 and has considerable experience in the corporate sector during many years as legal adviser and corporate administrator of public listed companies. Miles is a member of the Auckland District Law Society and the Institute of Directors.
