Sharon has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a major in Finance achieved through Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand. She has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies endorsed “Personal Financial Planning” and, has accreditation as an Institutional Fiduciary, (AIF) with the University of Pittsburgh.
Sharon has 35+ years experience in business administration and consultancy including Business Development, Risk Assessment, Financial Management and Tax Administration in such sectors as Legal, Construction and Milling, Telecommunications, Printing and Research.
A former yacht racing participant with her husband on Auckland Harbour, she supports Team New Zealand and also enjoys travelling overseas to exotic destinations and gardening. Her family is now grown up and she delights in spending time with her four grandsons.
Sharon joined Diversified Investment Strategies Ltd in December 2008 as a Portfolio Administrator and will ultimately move into an advisory role. |
