Clint completed a BCom in 1974, then followed a lifelong ambition to work in the investment field as a stockbroker operating throughout Europe and the United States of America.  He gained membership with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE).  These registrations provided significant experience in world investment markets while working with clients in personal financial planning.  Clint became resident in New Zealand in 1979 and over the next 10 years was responsible for the Marketing and Development role at Nathan Finance Ltd, growing from a small company to a staff of about 60 and profitable multi-faceted operations.

In 1989 Clint returned to his original profession as a private client Financial and Investment Advisor.  His business has been and continues to be built on professional referral of clients from their Accounting or Legal Advisors.  He later joined Mr Norman Stacey as a founding Director of Diversified Investment Strategies in order to preserve independence of advice and to develop superior investment strategies for clients.  Clint holds the internationally recognised CFP certification.
