Barbara Brookfield

Barbara Brookfield is Managing Director of Brookfield International Limited and Brookfield New Zealand limited, companies involved in the international commercialisation of a plant cultivar.  She has been self employed for over thirty years in businesses in the primary production sector, while concurrently employed part time by Massey University in business liaison and recruitment roles for 17 years.  

She has extensive experience in governance of a range of industry and community organisations over 30 years.  Barbara has a BAgrSc from Massey University majoring in Marketing and Economics and has completed Masters level papers in Business.  She is a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand and an accredited mentor for Business Mentors NZ.
